Setup & Installation
Find the “Abandoned Cart Recovery by Monto” app in the app store and click Install.
In the Monto app, go to the Settings > Options page in the bottom left menu. Here you can upload your shop’s logo which will appear in the Abandoned Cart emails
In the Abandoned Cart app Stages page, you can customize the wording of each email that we’ll send to your customers. You can also change the delay between each email stage.
Next, go to the Abandoned Cart Configure page to add your reply-to email address and set other preferences.
Sit back, relax, and watch customer carts appear in real-time on the Carts page!

What happens when I hit my ACR quota?
If you hit your Abandoned Cart Recovery quota, then your ACR app is turned off until the next billing period or until the plan is upgraded. This means that no recovery emails are being sent to your customers and new abandoned carts are lost forever.
