The ones who abandon carts the most often or the ones who ordered from you last Christmas? Use advanced filtering to create and maintain a segment over time.

Setup & Installation

  1. Find the “CRM by Monto” app in the app store and click Install.

  2. In the Monto app, go to the CRM app. Here you can view all of your past customers and leads from abandoned carts (if subscribed). In their profile, you can see their history with your store including past orders, reviews, carts, subscriptions, and more.

  3. In the Segments tab, you can slice and dice your contact list using a ton of filters such as lifetime value, order date, review score, abandoned cart status, subscription status, and more!

  4. Create tasks assigned to team members to follow up with specific customers. Easily see all tasks in a list or calendar view for easy time management.

Common Questions

How do I export my list segments to another application?

Once you’ve generated your segment in Monto, you can click the “Export” button which will download a CSV file. You can then use this CSV and upload it to any application you’d like. Zapier and other integrations coming soon.
