How to set your Brand Colors & Email Template in Monto
Updated over 3 months ago

Monto allows you to customize the colors in various parts of each app – such as the review widgets, emails, etc.

To make this process simpler, we've introduced Brand Colors!

Brand Colors

Your Brand Colors are used throughout each app (and your email template) to immediately stylize them to match your brand. This means that most apps look perfect right out of the box and make it even easier to launch and get started as soon as possible!

On the Settings > Options page you can now edit your Main Brand Color and Secondary Brand Color

In apps (such as the review widget example below), you might find a grey color code in a color input. This means that it is pulling from your brand colors. You can always overwrite this color if you wish by entering a new HEX code here.

Default Email Template

Many Monto apps send emails to your customers – such as call to review emails, abandoned cart emails, loyalty points earned, etc. You'll want to make sure these emails match your brand so your customers know to trust them.

The email template will pull in your primary and secondary brand colors by default for most of the color fields (see the grey placeholder text). Feel free to override these values by putting in new color codes.

Go to Settings > Options > Email Template tab

You also add social media links to the bottom of each email!

Go to Settings > Options and add your profiles there.

Some apps also have individual email customizations (such as abandoned cart stages). These emails will also use your default email template if you leave the color inputs blank (default). If you change the color values in those emails, it will override your templates settings.
