Yes, we do have a Klaviyo integration for users on our Growth plan ($40/mo) and above.

When an order takes place on your site, we pass the relevant details to your Klaviyo account so you can more easily measure the impact of your email program.

Additionally, we track cart items and statuses and then send the data to Klaviyo and allow you to build your own sequence and then send a "kill" message to klaviyo when a customer purchases so your sequence gets cut. So it will require you to build your email templates and sequence on the Klaviyo side and Monto is just sending a signal to Klaviyo to begin the sequence and then kill the sequence at the appropriate times.

In order to use this integration we'll need you to

  1. Create a Monto account and sign up for the Abandoned Cart Growth plan

  2. Webflow Ecommerce sites only: Add the Monto global script to your site. You can find your global script here.

  3. Send us your Klaviyo API Key. You can see how to create a Public API Key here. Send your key to [email protected]

  4. We'll connect your Monto account to Klaviyo!

Here are the types of info we give Klaviyo that you can access from within an email template:

  • ProductID

  • SKU

  • ProductName

  • Quantity

  • ItemPrice

  • RowTotal

  • ProductURL

  • ImageURL

And we will send Klaviyo the following event triggers:

  • Fulfilled Order

  • Refunded Order

  • Started Checkout

  • Placed Order
