If you don't want customers to be able to see the current status of their orders, you can easily turn this feature off. This can be helpful for digital products or other use cases without a typical fulfillment flow.

The order statuses are: "Fulfilled" & "Unfulfilled"

"Refunded" is not considered a order status and will always appear on the order detail page if an order is refunded.

To disable these, go to the configure tab in the Monto Customer Portal app.

Then toggle off the option on the page to display order status.
(Green = on; grey = off)
