If you want to display a customer's name in the greeting of an email (such as "Hey Patrick"), you can use Monto's merge tags to easily insert it!
Merge tags are currently supported in:
Abandoned Cart App email stages
Review App call to review emails
Customer Portal
You can use the following merge tags in Monto:
*|FIRST_NAME|* | Name (first only) |
*|NAME|* | Name (first and last) |
Simply insert it into any email and we'll add the client's name!
