Where to find the link and how to send it to customers

First, you need to setup the branded URL for your customer portal.

Go to your Monto settings > options page to edit your subdomain.

Enter your preferred URL and click save.

You can now link this URL anywhere you want to give your customers easy access to their portal to track orders and leave reviews.

A few good places to consider adding it:

  • Your site's main menu

  • Your site's footer menu

  • Order confirmation emails

You can edit your Webflow order confirmation email by going to Webflow designer settings > Email > Order Confirmed and insert the link there.

When customers go to your shop's portal URL, they will see a login form with your logo.

They can either use the one-time magic link which will be sent to their email address on file or they can use a password to login (if they've added one in the backend already).
