By default, all subscribers have the ability in the customer portal to pause or cancel their subscriptions.

This feature can be turned off in the Configure tab of the Customer Portal app.

To turn off this ability for subscribers, simply toggle off the two options on the page.

(Green = enabled; grey = disabled)
