Note: If you signed up for Monto after September 2023, the Webflow Designer Extension is enabled by default and you do not need to complete these steps (unless directed to do so by support)
Monto's new Webflow designer extension allows you to modify and add Monto functionality directly in Webflow itself!
In order to use it, you'll need to reauthorize your site to the latest Webflow API update.
Here's how to do it:
Step 1
In Monto, click the site name in the top left menu and click "Add Site" from the dropdown.
Step 2
In the Webflow authorization screen, choose the site you had previously connected to your Monto account. Click "Authorize Application"
Important: Do not choose a different Webflow site than you have been using for that specific Monto shop
Step 3
On the next screen, click the box that says "Update or Reconnect an Existing Site" this will ensure you are not creating a new shop on your account.
Step 4
Be sure the Webflow and Monto shop names are correct. Click Update.
Step 5
Now you can go back into the Webflow designer, click on the app icon in the lefthand sidebar and open the Monto extension!
