How to reconnect Monto to your Foxy account

In case it becomes disconnected

If your Foxy site becomes disconnected from Monto, Monto's apps cannot work properly nor update orders in Foxy.

Monto can now integrate with Foxy directly via the API. This is a preferable solution to the previous webhook integration as it allows for more optimized data transfer between platforms. If you are already using the webhook, follow the instructions below to reconnect using the API.

How to reconnect your Foxy site with Monto:

  1. Click on your shop name in the top left corner of your Monto dashboard

  2. Click "Add Site" in the dropdown menu

  3. In the Webflow authorization screen, select the exact same Webflow / Foxy site that you were using and click "Authorize App"

    (Do NOT change to a different site as this will break features)

  4. Ignore the first box and click on the "Update or Reconnect an Existing Site" grey box at the bottom of the page

  5. Then ensure that both the Webflow site and Monto account are correct and are the same as before and click "Update"
    ​(They won't necessarily have the same name as they do in this example)

  6. You'll then be redirected to Foxy. If you're not logged in, you'll be sent to a login screen where you can enter your email and password. After that, you'll be sent to an authorization screen like this. Click "Authorize App"
