Reviews are only marked as "verified" if they came directly from one of the following sources:
Call to Review Email – these are emails that are sent by Monto after a customer completes an order (can be sent automatically or manually or disabled)
Customer Portal Review Buttons - Monto displays a "Review" button in customers' portals for all fulfilled orders placed by that customer
We restrict the verified badge to these reviews in order to increase trust for all our customers and their customers.
The higher the trust, the more likely your visitors are to buy your products or services!
