Currently there is not a way in Monto to change the customer shipping address. We get all of our orders from the ecommerce platform and so cannot change the address provided to us for an order.
We recommend trying to change the shipping address on the ecommerce platform it was ordered on or in the payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal.
Note: Monto only pulls in the initial shipping address from the order and will not reflect any changes made after the purchase has been made
