Update: Monto now redirects any 404 links from review emails to the homepage and opens a review popup there.
Broken review links typically happen from removing or archiving the product from your store after a customer has purchased the item.
This can sometimes happen if you’re using Foxy with Webflow.
With Foxy sites there’s different product IDs. There’s a so called “Foxy Code” and then there’s the Webflow product slug. They come in via different webhooks from different platforms, so we have to match them to connect the dots. Every now and then, they do not match correctly and it must be fixed manually in the database.
