Call To Review emails (also known as CTR emails) are what we optionally send to your customers after they purchase from you, requesting they leave a review for what they bought.
First, from within your configure page you can turn on/off CTR emails (they're enabled by default) and define your CTR delay, which is the number of days after an order is fulfilled (not purchased) that your CTR emails will be sent to purchasers.
