Sometimes you don't want your Call To Review emails to be automated with a universal delay because of inconsistent lead times across products. If this is the case we recommend not to send your Call To Reviews automatically, but triggered manually.

First, disable Send Call-To-Review emails in your configure page.

Now, click Orders in the sidebar, here's where you'll see a complete list of your orders since installing Monto.

Since you disabled automatic Call To Review emails, you'll notice a new button "Send CTR", allowing you to send it, at a per-customer level, whenever it makes sense 😎️.
