Manually Add Loyalty Points to a Customer

You can manually add any number of loyalty points directly to a customer from the dashboard.

This is useful for:
• Rewarding offline purchases
• Giving bonus points during promotions
• Thanking loyal customers
• Customer support situations
• Encouraging repeat purchases

Go to the Activity Log page in Monto's Loyalty app

Then, click the Add Points button.

Enter the customer's email address and the number of points you'd like to give them.

Done!
