Sometimes a customer refers a friend… but the friend forgets to use the referral link during checkout.
To fix this, open the order in Monto.
On the right hand sidebar, find the Loyalty Rewards section and click on the Mark as Referral button.
Then, simply search for the customer's name or email you want to mark as the referrer.
Save and done!
