If you'd like to remove an individual shop from your Monto account (not close the entire account), here is how to do it.
Closing a shop will also cancel all subscriptions to Monto apps for that shop.
NOTE: This will delete ALL data and settings from the Monto shop. This information is NOT recoverable.
First, double check that the shop name displayed in the top left corner of Monto is the one you want to close. (Very important!)
Next, go to Settings > Options
Scroll all the way to the bottom and click "Delete Site"
This will cancel all subscriptions to Monto apps and you will no longer be charged. This will also delete all settings and information on the site and is not recoverable.
