Bulk Affiliate Payments makes it easy to pay multiple affiliates in just a few clicks. Instead of creating individual payouts one at a time, you can automatically send payments to all eligible affiliates whose available balance meets your selected minimum payout threshold.
Using PayPal, Monto securely processes payouts directly to your affiliates, helping you save time, reduce administrative work, and ensure partners are paid quickly and accurately. Whether you’re managing a handful of affiliates or a large program, Bulk Affiliate Payments streamlines the payout process and keeps your affiliate program running smoothly.
Step 1: Authorize PayPal
In Monto's Affiliate app > Configure page, find the PayPal integration box and click Authorize Paypal
Go through the steps to authorize your PayPal account.
Step 2: Ensure Affiliates Have a Paypal Email Address
Click into an affiliate's profile and click Edit, then fill in their Paypal Email
Paypal.me usernames will not work for bulk payouts. The affiliate must have a paypal email address in their Monto profile
Affiliates can also do this in their Affiliate / Customer Portal profile page as well.
Step 3: Create a Bulk Payout
Once done, you can now head to your Affiliates overview page and click on the Bulk Payout button in the top right.
This will display a popup where you can set your preferred payment threshold. Any affiliate with an email address added and a balance equal to or above this threshold will be paid.
Clicking the payment details accordion will display a list of all affiliates being paid in this bulk payout and the amount for each.
Once ready, click Make Bulk Payment to send the money!
