If you're using Monto's Affiliates app and have setup a form to track affiliate submissions but it is not working, there are several possible reasons for this.
Reason 1: Custom Form Actions
If you've setup a custom action in the form settings in Webflow, then the form will not be able to track affiliate referrals.
This is because the form is not submitting the entries to Webflow's backend, which is necessary for us to grant a commission to the person who referred the form.
If you need to still add a custom action to your forms, please use the Logic > Flows tab in Webflow to accomplish this.
The form's Action field should be blank (Webflow default) in order to work properly. (It is ok to use a redirect URL however).
Reason 2: Form is Not Setup Properly
Be sure that if you're using Webflow, the custom attribute has been added to the correct form element.
If using Duda, be sure that the special field has been properly added.
Reason 3: Affiliate App is Turned Off
Be sure that you are currently subscribed to a plan for the Affiliates app on the Billing page and that your subscription has not lapsed or your shop has used up your quota of revenue / forms.
