How do I send invoices to customers?

This is handled automatically by Stripe and can be enabled here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic

You can also manually send an invoice by going to:
​Payments > Invoices > [find relevant invoice] > [hover] > Download PDF
