Yes! Monto's affiliate URLs will work with bitly.com and other URL shorteners.
This is because URL shorteners (all the ones that we've tested) do not actually mask the final URL, but instead simply forward users to the URL you shortened.
You can test this:
If you click https://bit.ly/3U7Ad9r, it will forward you to the Monto demo site and you will see this affiliate code in the URL of your browser:
