Currently there is no approval gate for affiliate signups.

Most Monto clients don't publicly publish the subdomain signup link, so effectively their affiliate programs as invite-only. In this case you can invite an affiliate manually in the backend of Monto.

If you let affiliates sign up via your subdomain there's no way to gate their approval, but of course you can delete them after they've joined if needed.
